Replies usually arrive within 2–3 business days.
All workout data — exercises, workouts, sessions, sets, weights, reps, ratings, folders — is stored only on your iPhone. It never leaves the device through the developer’s servers.
If you have iCloud Drive turned on, JustBB also writes backup files to your personal iCloud Drive container after each completed session. Those backups stay inside your own Apple account.

JustBB writes backups automatically when you finish a session, as long as iCloud Drive is enabled. The most recent 10 backups are kept and older ones are deleted automatically.
To see them: Settings → iCloud backups.
Settings → iCloud backups → tap a backup → Restore.
Restoring replaces the current data on the device with the contents of the backup. This action cannot be undone, so the app asks for confirmation.
Settings → Units. The choice applies to every exercise — old sessions are displayed in the unit you pick. No data is lost when you switch.
Settings → Clear all data. This removes every workout, exercise, session, and folder from the device. iCloud backup files are not deleted automatically — to remove those, open the iCloud Drive app and delete the JustBB folder.

If those are fine and the timer is still silent on lock screen, please email a short description of what you tried.
No. JustBB has no account system and no server-side sync. If you set up a new iPhone, you can restore your data from an iCloud Drive backup (if iCloud Drive was enabled on the old device).
Only as a fallback for the rest timer. If iOS force-quits the app while a rest timer is running, a local notification fires the timer signal so you still hear it. Notifications are never used for marketing.
